How it works
Download your country's rate sheet below.
Fill in your details at the top, then add your local trade prices, a source link, and a confidence grade for the lines you can: High (a quote you hold), Medium (a recent price list) or Low (memory or hearsay).
Email the completed sheet to jeremy@phdbuilding.co.nz. We review every line before it goes live — a blank is better than a guess.
Verified contributors are listed in the app as the regional pricing contact.
CSV — opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Each line shows our current rate and whether it's already verified or just an estimate, so you can see exactly where local input helps most.
